Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und liegt zentral in Ribnitz, nicht weit entfernt vom Hafen.

Modern und komplett eingerichtet. Aufteilung der Wohnung. Kurze Wege in den Ort.
Der Service ist schlecht. Code für Schlüssel und digitale Kurkarten mussten durch uns angefordert werden obwohl alles automatisch gehen sollte. Der angebotene Parkplatz ist nur sporadisch nutzbar, da das im Haus befindliche Notariat diesen nutzt. Alle Wege auf dem Grundstück wurden von Schnee und Eis geräumt, nur der Weg zur Ferienwohnung nicht. Auf unsere Bitte das nachzuholen wurde uns mitgeteilt, das unser Anliegen an den Eigentümer weitergegeben wurde, der die Hausverwaltung beauftragt habe welche wiederrum den Haushandwerker informiert habe. Auch drei Tage später war nichts gräumt. Wir bekamen den Rat uns mit Speisesalz zu behelfen. Fazit: Wohnung schön. Vermieter ist das Wort Pflichten nicht bekannt. Man bekommt nur phrasenhafte Antworten.
