Top shelf rental in a diverse & lively Minneapolis location. Host provides details and user friendly instructions for property keypad self-check in/door code system and is prompt with response to any questions/concerns. The entire house and room features great woodworking, clean and handsomely furnished. Shared kitchen is well equipped with appliances and features "MasterChef" stainless steel modernization. Shared bathroom was always clean and never had to wait for use during my entire extended stay. Excellent comfortability at a good price. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this location.

Had to step over homeless people sleeping in the entrance way. The house number is not displayed on the outside fence and it took me some time to figure that out. The driveway where I was to be able to park I never found. Were I not a city-boy and able to handle myself, the neighborhood would have sent me looking for other sleeping arrangements.
