It was in a great place, really enjoyed it would stay again

There was a few things damaged

The mobile home was more like an apartment than a caravan. Once you get through the door you wouldn't know it wasn't a cottage set in a massive garden. The beds were very comfortable with clean soft bedding. The shower has excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice separate toilet so you don't have to be wait to use the facilities! Basic amenities were available. If you had a large party staying I would recommend taking your own large saucepan. There is a large one available but if you wanted to cook pasta/rice and a sauce, you'd need another pan for a large group. There were 4 of us and what was available suited us. There's a basic outdoor seating area, which while basic, had an excellent view of the garden. If you had children there is plenty of space to run about and play. We didn't meet any staff as everything was dealt with professionally via email beforehand, and we had their phone number in case we ran into any issues. The entrance is slightly confusing, but became very obvious when we took a step back. Absolutely fantastic value for money. We would most definitely stay again if I'm the area!

The location was good for us. The mobile home gave us a place to stay after a nearby party with separate rooms for my teenage daughters which is what we wanted. We found it pleasant and was peaceful at night. The caravan could use a few touch ups but spacious, clean and comfortable enough. The oven didn't work but we managed to cook pizza using the grill. Not much loo roll provided, nipped out to get more but shops are close by. Host was nearby to help with check in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall for what we needed it was fine.

Check in was a little confusing as caravan was locked on arrival after we were told the key was inside already but host was nearby and sorted that quickly. More toilet roll should be provided, less than half a toll for 4 people isn't adequate. Sofa could do with replacing and oven fixed.

Great space for a threes bed mobile home.

All of the furnishings and household items felt quite dated — including the sofas, bed frames, bedsheets, pillows, and curtains, which are beginning to show signs of wear and needs replacing. The kettle appears to have been there for a very long time and may benefit from being replaced. The fridge/freezer also seemed to be nearing the end of its life and wasn’t in the best condition. Overall, a modern update to these elements would really enhance the comfort and experience. Could also do with better cleaner.
