Spacious room! Value for the money: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a living room, including breakfast for ~$56... and at a decent location. Location is pretty central and has many services nearby: 2 malls, supermarket, has station, barbershop, cafes, etc. Room has tv, fridge, washing machine, water heater, and hot water all the time.

Breakfast has only 2 main items every day: scrambled eggs and foul, beside those a cup of tea, a small water bottle, and sample size of: honey, strawberry jam and halawa (sesame based sweet). No variations, no veggies, no fruits, no salt, no pepper. no olive oil, no choice of drink (coffee/tea/juice) ... for 2–3-night stay, you can handle it, for my 8-night stay, it was tiring half through till the end. The bathroom needs some maintenance like changing the toilet seat (broken) and fixing the shower head. There were no towels until I asked for them, and I was only given 1 that I had to change every couple of days and ask for a new one! no room cleaning!!! and the bed was very uncomfortable.

My floor was a bit noisy during the nights

The location is good and it is close to a Lulu supermarket, and in fact it's a walking distance to local malls and other miscellaneous superstores.

Room decoration, and breakfast is pure basic!
