Ivana è sempre stato molto disponibile e accomodante. Era sempre disponibile quando avevamo bisogno di lei e ci aiutava sempre. Ci ha suggerito posti fantastici, che hanno arricchito la nostra vacanza. L'appartamento è molto bello e ci ha salvato ogni giorno con questo caldo grazie ai due condizionatori appena tornati a casa. Speriamo di poter tornare in futuro. Grazie di tutto.
