Dongdaemun Signature Tourist Hotel

There is massage chair inside the room and I used it every night after such a long day of walking. Surrounded by local restaurant and other amenities especially the supermarket is just beside the hotel. The room and toilet is very spacious. The heating is quite good, we have to open the window to be able to have some fresh air, I think there is heating element from the floor but anyway it’s good because you don’t have to worry to wear a jacket if I want to use the toilet, they also provide hair straightening which is convenient for the ladies.

Nothing I did not like, it’s very much suitable for me and my husband

Convenient location with food and supermarket nearby. No breakfast but next to Reception there are coffee machines and water bottles.

Twice they forgot to clean our room. 3 guests but sometimes given 2 towels. Last day electric power failure. Reception guy came but didn’t know where the circuit breaker is. So we could not take our morning bath. Check out earlier to airport.

Lots of unsophisticated restaurants and food outlets in the area, had a bath in the bathroom, very quiet - I really did not hear anybody or traffic on the 9th floor. I was able to extend checkout until 18.00 for 30,000 Wan which was very reasonable. WIFI was good and Free. Great value for money

The metro station was a 15 minute walk away (although there are frequent busses to take you to the metro). You had to ask for rooms to be cleaned the night before.
