La vue sur la baie. Le soleil le matin et après la terrasse est à "l'ombre " La facilité pour l'accueil de mes 2 ado. La proximité des bus, supermarket, des rues animées. L'équipement de l'appartement La réactivité du propriétaire aux demandes.
L'ascenseur en panne !!! La propriétaire n'a aucune responsabilité pour ce désagrément, mais le jour du départ...pas de chance. C'est dommage que le placard de la petite chambre ne soit pas opérationnel.

Top locatie, heel erg schoon en groot. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit balkon. Snel en goed contact met verhuurder. Keuken waar je makkelijk maaltijd kunt bereiden.
Geluidsoverlast buren en slaapkamer achterzijde. Ingang ziet er niet goed uit op bijv 2e verdieping wordt verbouwd, allerlei cementzakken in de gang. Denk dat het tijdelijk is.
