Top locatie, heel erg schoon en groot. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit balkon. Snel en goed contact met verhuurder. Keuken waar je makkelijk maaltijd kunt bereiden.

Geluidsoverlast buren en slaapkamer achterzijde. Ingang ziet er niet goed uit op bijv 2e verdieping wordt verbouwd, allerlei cementzakken in de gang. Denk dat het tijdelijk is.

Nothing to dislike

This apartment was absolutely amazing! Everything went very smoothly with the check-in. Just a small tip: the key box is located upstairs on the second floor, right by the apartment door—not down by the street. The apartment is very spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The view over the Spinola Bay is simply perfect. We slept very well - the beds are excellent, and the bedding is high quality. The bathroom is well equipped and offers plenty of storage space. There is only one toilet, but we were aware of that in advance. The kitchen is also very well furnished, even for longer stays. Everything you might need is there—we were even kindly provided with extra coffee. Thank you for that! Extra Bonus: there were real plants and flowers in the apartment. One thing to note: in April, it can still be quite cold, and the apartment is heated via air conditioning. The bathroom has no heating. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much!
