The tranquil location met all our expectations, and the breakfast was truly excellent. The bedding was clean and the mattress and pillows of good firmness.
The lighting in our room was abysmal - barely enough to find our way around. On the second night and the the next morning, there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. The shower area is something of a health hazard because of the sloping floor and absence of safety bars. There is no Internet, despite free wifi being advertised on the website; this proved a significant problem for us. The swimming pool was unusable, being only half full - with a dark yellow liquid, though swimming wasn't on our agenda.
