Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy promenadzie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia-kuchenka, lodówka, zmywarka, potrzebne naczynia. Apartament nadgryziony zębem czasu, ale przyjemnie urządzony i schludny. Sypialnie dość ciasne, ale z dziećmi 6 i 8 lat OK, ale ze starszymi byłoby gorzej. Miła, gotowa do pomocy właścicielka.
W cieplejsze dni brakowało klimatyzacji. Brak zasłon w kuchni, niektórym może być za jasno nad ranem, wczesne budzenie przez słońce.
