The property was absolutely perfect and very comfortable , will definitely book again when I am in the area

The location was perfect for our weekend in Brands Hatch and excellent communication with getting the key, directions etc

Sadly i feel this property needs some love and attention. Perfect size but was not very clean. Bath was unable to be used due to enamel flaking off, shower was blocked and toilet was hanging on the wall by 2 bits of wood and nails. Sofa was stained and pillows smelt. There had been some obvious signs of water damage as many areas needed to be repaired. Food splashes up the kitchen walls. Extractor hood dusty and greasy and what looked like Christmas decorations still on it. The cutlery/plates etc all mis matched and looked like they needed to be renewed as did the rusty toaster and radiators. Don't even get me started on the mish mash of electric cables behind the TV cabinet ir the death trap of a glass coffee table that tooks your legs out with the pointy corners everytime you went near it. The outlook from the back bedroom window was not pretty. Old rusty bbq, ping pong table blocking the window and about a dozen conference chairs were the main focus points. Too many to list. This was obviously once a beautiful home but really needs a good deep clean and redecoration through out. Would I stay here again? Probably not while it is in this condition.
