Familienfreundliches Wochenende

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die funktionell ausgestattete Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht, sogar Gewürze, Tee und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Die Trambahnhaltestelle fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt, man fährt in ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Angenehmes Wohnviertel, Parkplatz in der Straße vor dem Haus möglich.

Das Schlafsofa ist ok, könnte bequemer sein.

L'emplacement est vraiment top, au calme, à seulement 10/15 min en train de du centre de Strasbourg. L'endroit est assez pratique niveaux restauration. L'appartement est très propre.

Estancia tranquila y cómoda para visitar la ciudad.

El apartamento está muy completo. Tiene habitación dormitorio, sala de estar, cocina totalmente equipada y baño. Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y muy bien comunicado con el tranvía, la parada que te lleva al centro de la ciudad está muy cerca.

Hemos pasado frío en el dormitorio ya que el radiador no funcionaba.

La ubicación era perfecta. A un minuto del tranvía y a escasos 10 min en el mismo centro.

La cama y el sofá no era cómodos para dormir. El baño tal vez necesite una reforma, pero aceptable.

Gut für einen kurzen Urlaub

Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Küche gut ausgestattet: Spülmittel und Schwamm, sowie Tücher vorbereitet. Außerdem Sachen wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, und ein paar Gewürze sind vorhanden, falls man etwas kochen möchte. Konnektoren direkt neben dem Bett. Internet schnell und zuversichtlich. Bett und Couch waren beide bequem. Die Wohnung/Stadt ist mit der Straßenbahn einfach zu erreichen.

Es wäre gut, wenn im Badezimmer ein Regal geben würde, damit man seine Sachen etwas bequemer auspacken kann. Man kann die Nachbarn im Obergeschoss hören, aber nur wenn die laut sind. Im Wohnzimmer könnte noch ein Sessel sein, damit auch 4 Personen bequem sitzen können.

Tranquilidad y cercanía en las afueras de Estrasburgo.

Alojamiento ubicado estratégicamente al lado del metro, con fácil aparcamiento y en un barrio tranquilo. Supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. Instalaciones funcionales, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días en la ciudad y alrededores.

Nicht so herausragend, wie durch andere Bewertungen vermittelt

Die Lage nahe der Tram Station war sehr gut. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war freundlich, schnell und auf Französisch.

Die Wohnung war extrem kalt. Nur im Badezimmer war es etwas warm. Meine Nachfrage nach Bedienung der Heizung wurde dahingehend beantwortet, dass es nur bei unter 3° Außentemperatur heizt. Es hatte unter 3° und die Heizung ist nicht von allein gelaufen. Die Handtücher haben bei Benutzung/nass werden fürchterlich gemüffelt, so das die Haut gemüffelt hat, anstatt nach Duschgel/Shampoo zu riechen. Wie, wenn sie noch nie heiß gewaschen worden wären. Außerdem haben wir kein Bettzeug/Spannbettlaken für das Schlafsofa für unser 3 Jähriges Kind vorgefunden, was hier aber als mitreisende Person angegeben hatten.

Casetta perfetta

Proprietari gentilissimi. Casa adorabile, in condominio molto silenzioso, coperte e letti comodi e caldi. Cucina fornita di tutto e oltre. La casa è vicinissima alla fetmata del tram dove ci sono macchinette automatiche per fare direttamente i biglietti. 7 fermate e si è in centro. Vicino a casa c'è un LIDL E AUCHAN raggiungibili a piedi da casa. Il parcheggio sulla via è facile da trovare e la zona tranquilla.
