RD Serviced Apartment 3-Bedroom Dokki is spacious and palatial, with great furniture and a very comfortable layout. The location is excellent close to the Nile River and surrounded by many nearby stores and conveniences. The apartment is quiet, has three well-sized rooms, and is generally pleasant for families. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating, especially with our children, which we truly appreciated. Mahmoud was also very responsive and replied to messages immediately. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen materials, which was very helpful during our stay.

The only concern was cleanliness. It appeared the apartment had not been used for some time, as dust was noticeable throughout. This was particularly concerning with a 2-year-old child moving around and touching surfaces. With more thorough cleaning before arrival, this property would be excellent. Overall, a very nice and comfortable apartment with great potential, especially for families, if cleanliness is improved.

انا قيمت الاستاذ محمود بتقييم كامل لاسباب منها : الصور المعروضه مطابقة للعقار،،الموقع كما وصفه كل التفاصيل الي ذكرها شفناها في الشقة. والاهم من ذلك اننا طلبنا تمديد ووافق على الطريقة الي تناسبنا من حيث الدفع والمدة و حتى قيمة الايجار بالرغم من انه موسم ومع ذلك مازاده بشكل مبالغ فيه. شكرا

استلام وتسليم الشقة كان سلس وسهل بدون اي تعقيدات كل شي جميل في الشقة النظافة جيدة جدا الشقة واسعة ومريحة وفخمة وفيها كل شي تحتاجه ومناسبة جدًا للعوائل مكان الشقة حيوي وقريب منها كل الخدمات وكل شي قريب منك دون الحاجة إلى سياره انصح فيها 👍
