La ubicación es excelente, en un barrio muy tranquilo y silencioso a unos metros del centro. El parking cumple su función y a simple vista el vecindario parece bastante seguro. La disponibilidad de los espacios comunes es amplia y con buena luz natural.
La limpieza de la cocina debería ser mayor y mejor. Había suciedad en pisos, superficies y hornos que duró la totalidad de nuestra estadía. Aunque nos quedamos sin agua caliente por unas horas, deberían cuidar que haya agua caliente en todo momento en cocina y baños. Los ambientes comunes como comedor y living, estaban muy fríos para la época otoñal.
