D08 - Bay View Villa in Vale da Lama

Bem localizada com vista excelente Piscina impecável e conforto espetacular, excelente para passar férias

the space, the location and the setting were very good for a combination of large family and friend trip. 4 separate bathrooms (all be dated) worked well. setting good. location from the beach and Lagos. Pool was fine (2 days after arrival when it had been cleaned) Maintainence company who we had to call on were very good, friendly efficent and responsive thankfully In someways we liked that the furniture and fittings were "tired" meant that we did not have to worry about the kids ) explains why they not taking security deposit

On arrival no keys at the company...............went to the premises on their instruction no cleaners around but arrived 30 minutes after we did at 4.30 ..................place a total mess took them (around 4 of them plus maintainence guy to unblock a bathroom till 7.30 before we could use the facilities. Swimming pool not usable for 2 days as it was not cleaned (took 3 calls to get it actioned) the images on the website not aligned with current state of the house................good house, NOT fresh at all. and that was alright for us. Problems with dishwasher and sink blocking. I think it needs to be replaced and no food traps in the sink made it easy for it to block.
