Extraordinary variety of items in the property: from a baby-potty to a lemon squeezer, from spare light bulbs to BBQ equipment.

Very disappointed that the "Welcome" folder had very little detail about the property, although quite a bit about the local area. On arrival (at 6:15 pm - as agreed - with outside temperatures around 4 degrees C) most of the house lacked warmth, despite most of the electric heaters being on. We think these should have been switched on sooner. The welcome log-burner had newspaper; kindling; matches; fire-lighters; fire-irons - but no logs. Reading the Welcome folder, it stated that there was more information about the heating system was in the folder. Not so! However, it was only on the last day of our 5-night booking, that we found a folder bulging with leaflets/booklets about EVERY appliance in the property. Why was this excellent folder buried under some books, rather than placed on the lounge/kitchen table?
