Lovely home !

The house was very clean, I had a splendid view at the sea, beds were comfortable, I had all the facilities of a home. Above you have the "Taste Me" cafeteria where you can have breakfast or drink something or enjoy some snacks.

The ventilation of the bathroom was a little bit slow and we had to keep the bathroom door open after a shower in order to ventilate properly. Also from time to time some sewerage smell was coming from the bathroom. Also each day at 6 o'clock in the morning, there was a little bit of noise coming from a sliding glass wall of the terrace from the above "Taste Me" cafeteria. I believe they were opening the shop at that hour. But this noise was not taking a lot of time, so for me it was acceptable.

Wohnen im Disco-Eiscafé an der Schnellstraße in Karousades :-(

- Schöner Blick über die Bucht aufs Meer, geräumiger Balkon - Eigentümer hat auf Nachbitten gut reagiert (Babysitz zum Essen, Sonnenschirm)

- über dem Apartment befindet sich ein Eiscafè, in dem wohl scheinbar von 6:30- 23:00 House-Music gehört werden muss, schätze da läuft den ganzen Tag ein entsprechender Radio-Sender in einer Tour durch. Verstehe nicht, warum die Musik schon morgens so laut geschaltet werden muss. Mich wundert auch, dass die anderen Bewerter/innen, dass so kulant sehen, wenn man sich die Bewertungen so durchliest.... Mein Vorschlag: Denken Sie mal drüber nach, ob Sie ein Apartment nur mit musikalischer Untermalung vermieten möchten - Einrichtung etwas spartanisch (ist leider in Griechenland häufig der Fall, keine Spülmaschine, ein Lappen für alles...) - Lage an Schnellstraße, unbequem zu Fuß zu Stränden und Wasser zu gelangen, Auto im Grunde nötig (wir haben einiges zu Fuß gemacht, allerdings läuft man quasi auf einer Landstraße zu Fuß... - Badezimmer nicht gut ausgebaut und fragil - Eigentümer wollte im Nachgang pro Nacht 8 Euro Kurtaxe und schrieb sehr viele Nachrichten, um alles zu erklären. Fakt ist, dass wir mehrere Unterkünfte hatten und diese die einzige auf Korfu war, die diese Nachforderung stellte. Es hieß, es gebe neue Erlasse und man müsse das jetzt erheben... Nachdem ich die Frage stellte, wie es zu dieser Nachforderung kommt, wurde gesagt, ich könne auch stornieren und das würde man schon Booking regeln, dass ich es zurückbekäme (Geld war ja schon Monate vorher vollständig überwiesen). Auch in diesem Punkt fand ich die Situation etwas ärgerlich, da wir auch noch mit einem Baby unterwegs waren und nur weil man Fragen stellt, heißt es gleich, suchen Sie sich doch was anderes, wenn es Ihnen nicht passt. Ich finde nicht, dass man so mit seinen Gästen sprechen sollte... Generell eine enttäuschende Station auf unserem Insel-Trip

Le bruit du café au dessus, le canapé lit dans le salon n'était pas confortable et les toilettes dans la salle de bain sentaient mauvais.

We loved it. The view is beautiful and made our holiday special

We had a lovely week at Northern Pearl. Clean and comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. We spent evenings just looking over to Albania, enjoying the sunset. The hosts were friendly and helpful. And there is a cafe that is open all day and into the evening. For what we paid for our family to stay, we are delighted. There is a great kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. A dining table and a small seating area and TV, should you choose to do that instead of enjoying the beautiful view. A special treat is watching the fireflys once it goes dark. We loved it and would return. Situated on the main road between Sidari and Roda, this was a perfect base for us to travel around, seeing what the area has to offer.

We always hire a car, but if we hadn't done so, we may have struggled to get around. The drains can be a little smelly from time to time, but that is not the fault of Northern Pearl. We opened the windows and it was fine. We would have liked a small table and chairs, to eat outside on the balcony. A small bistro set would be a really great addition.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in der Vorsaison.

Sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und jederzeit erreichbare Vermieter. Vom großen Balkon aus Blick über einen grünen Hügel mit Olivenbäumen, Zitrusbäume und Zypressen aufs Meer und Albanien Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, da diese an der Hauptstrasse zwischen Roda und Sindari im Stockwerk unter dem "Taste me " Cafe liegt. Einrichtung wie abgebildet, sehr saubere Wohnung mit regelmässigem Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Niedrige Stufe zum Badezimmer, durch den steinerenen Bodenbelag schwer zu erkennen.

Stunning view and cozy rooms.

Lovely house and the hosts Sophia and Spiros were very helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere and the property was very clean and cozy. A pleasant surprise were the fresh eggs and fruits. Definitely we will come back for more days.
