Luxury Romantic Getaway - 1 Bedroom - Steps from the Beach - Bahia Tankah Tulum

The appartment is located in a small building a few meters away from the beach. The access to the beachfront building with its own swimming pool is great and easy! There is a guard at the reception desk and is there 24/7 to guide you if needed. The neighbourhood is super safe. I traveled with my partner but when for jogging on my own on the small street in front of the building and always felt safe. You do need a car if you stay there! Unless you wish to stay there all your vacation and enjoy the restaurants at the hotels nearby. Very easy to drive from the Cancun airport, the traffic is really manageable and the mexicans drive courteously and most of the time safely. The transfer from the airport is +-$80CAD/pp, we paid $CAD175 to rent a car for the full week. Worth renting a car (I recommend the agency Localiza located directly at the Cancun airport). The appartment is fantastic. So nicely decorated, the kitchen supplies are all we needed to cook simple meals for the 2 of us. We loved the 2 balconies (There are moskito screens to both so we left the doors open to let the air come in). Perfect for 2 persons (Not more). The King size bed is super comfortable. The appartment was super clean when we arrived. I advise you to read the details provided in the host information, they provide all the details you need before making up your mind.
