Animazione di ottimo livello, la signorina Giada davvero altamente professionale. Ottima scelta dei pasti sia a pranzo che a cena. Un paradiso di relax immerso in un parco verde ed un mare bellissimo.

Migliorerei la scelta a colazione. Maggiore attenzione nella pulizia dello spazio/veranda della camera. Il materasso del letto oramai da sostituire.

Bel villaggio, molto tranquillo, ideale se uno vuole rilassarsi. Camere discretamente spaziose, pulite. Ristorante con cibo forse non troppo vario, ma sempre gradevole al palato. Forno con pizzaiolo presso il ristorante, pizza ottima! Bella piscina con area bimbi. Nel villaggio abitano alcuni adorabili gattini... abbiamo visto ospiti di tutte le età fermarsi per far loro una coccola osservandone le buffe acrobazie sempre con piacere! Un bell'esempio di armoniosa convivenza!!

L'animazione e gli animatori. La spiaggia forse troppo piccola.

Cibo davvero ottimo con tante scelte.

I materassi della mia camera sarebbero da sostituire. La pulizia della camera abbastanza approssimativa.

Staff at the reception were polite, especially Claudia. She was very patient with us. On changing cabins we were very pleased with ours as it had twin beds which we had originally requested. Breakfast was good with a variety of fresh croissants amongst other other things.

To be honest, it really isn’t a hotel but more of a holiday village. It certainly isn't 4 star. If you are going to stay here, then please do hire a car as it is so far away from anything and taxis are very expensive. The excursions were very limited and I found person fairly unhelpful in trying to advise us how to get around the island. I found the beach and the pool beautiful, people have said that the sand is black which is not true, although the sand isn’t white either. The restaurant could do with a renovation and the food was okay. It is very clear the kitchen and waiting staff work very hard. The complex is very Italian family orientated and we were the only two British people on the site. Whilst that does not bother me, it’s good to bear that in mind when booking and also to touch up on your Italian.
