How much space it had for the kids and adults was plenty of games to play and room to move around

The house was very well located for going up or down the coast and accessing some of the wine farms. Nicely set back from a busy road. The garden and pool were lovely and well maintained.
The house is a bit ramshackle and the kitchen cupboards were very packed full. The fridge had a number of half eaten jars and bottles that were well out of date. It could do with a bit of a sort.
