想像以上に設備が整っていた。 洗濯洗剤も用意してあり、洗濯、乾燥までできた。 暑い日だったが全室のクーラーをかけてくれていて、ありがたかった。 周辺にはコンビニ、スーパー銭湯、居酒屋、ファミレスが徒歩圏内にあり利便性が良かった！
地デジのTVが見られず残念だった。

お風呂が小さい、洗面器がない 階段に埃がたまってる 地上波のテレビが見れない
