It’s compact with good location, the first floor bedroom area is very comfortable.

The property has a shared patio where neighbor put bin there. It’s not a garden/patio you can enjoy or let your dog go potty. Also, neighbor practiced band on Saturday night until 10pm during our stay.

The property is good location, very well equipped, clean and comfortable and furnished beautifully

Home from home. Well equipped and cosy over the Christmas / new year period. Would definitely recommend.

Parking with the neighbours was an issue but there’s plenty of spaces further up the road.

Location - great for hikes but also for Conwy which was really lovely. A lot of money has clearly been spent on the property to make it a comfortable and well-equipped holiday home. Bed very comfortable and slept well. Sound-proofing very effective in the property. Well-equipped kitchen.

Cleanliness, and smell. The property does allow dogs - this was very clear as it smelt like dog when we walked in and still smelt like dog 4 days later when we left (we do not have a dog, although do love them!). There was dog hair all over the sofa, on the floors and rugs. We swept up more than once and we were still covered in dog hair. The carpets didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. The fridge also needs a deep clean and hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The kitchen drawer also full of crumbs etc. Outside space unusable which was a shame. Parking also an issue - when we arrived we had to park nearly half a mile away, although could move the car to the road later on, but we had to drag all of our cases on four separate half mile walks to the car originally.
