Izlésesen berendezett polgári otthon, gyönyörű környzetben, Kaposvár városközpontjában. Mindenféle szolgáltatás a közelben. Rugalmas szállásadó. A szállás jól felszerelt, jó bekészítéssel.
A műemlékvédelem alatt álló épület - amelyben a lakás található - továbbfejlesztendő. Sajnos ez nem a szállásadón múlik. Amennyiben a lépcsőház és az udvar is rendezettebbé válik, szállás a városban található szállások egyik legkedvezőbbike lehet.

A nagy zuhanyzó, a Mercedes könyv, jó méretű tévé, exklúzív kávégép, jó hőmérséklet, kényelmes terasz, ízléses interiőr, szuper elhelyezkedés és nagyon kényelmes ágyak.
Jó lenne, ha lehetne később elhagyni a helyet (10 óra után).
