the property sent me a guide note on how to access the property. the guide note, explained the whole procedure, it was very simple and user friendly.
I liked everything about the property. Very good location, just 30 seconds away from the tram stop. local restaurants and shops are located on the same road.

Des odeurs désagréables émanent constamment des toilettes en raison d'une fuite située sous la cuvette. L'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé de manière satisfaisante, avec la présence de saletés et de cheveux dans toutes les pièces. Les serviettes, bien que lavées, présentaient des taches brunâtres. De plus, des prises électriques étaient défectueuses, certaines étant détachées et d'autres non fonctionnelles.
