私の旅行ニーズにはとても最適な空間でした。取材でユニバーサルスタジオに行きました。レンタカーで15分ほどの移動でとても利便性が高かったです。また周辺に食料品店があり食材を安く手に入れられたのも大きかったです（Costcoコストコも近くにあって安く食べれました）。特に素晴らしかったのはNelaさんのホスピタリティと気遣いです。何か困ったことがあれば、真摯に対応を頂き本当に助かりました。ホテルとは違うので全てのサービスが自動的に提供されるわけではありません。そのために滞在中のコミュニケーションは非常に大事です。また他にも共同生活をされている方がいますので、迷惑をかけないマナーも大事です。でも堅苦しいことはなく、Nelaさんの描いている絵のことや、飼っている猫について会話をするのはとても楽しく有意義に時間を過ごせました。シャワールーム・トイレは共用の位置にありますが、滞在中は自分専用に使えましたのでプライバシーも問題ありませんでした。周辺環境も私の感覚では悪くなく、LAに行く際はまた是非利用したいと思っています。
他の口コミにありますが、集合住宅なので居住者の生活音が聞こえてきます。私は事前に口コミで知っていましたので、特に気になりませんでした。他人とのコミュニケーションが苦手な人、特に静かな場所に滞在したい人には合わないかも知れません。

Everything was clean and comfortable and Nela is a great host!! Location is also great, within walking distance to stores and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone else ☺️

有別於一般hotel類似民宿的感覺，有住民可以閒聊還不錯，還有貓咪可以互動很棒
清潔方面沒有問題，床跟棉被很舒服
1. 房間似乎沒有暖氣
2. 房間的位置緊鄰社區大門，有人進出會很吵，這點很難改善
3. 窗戶沒有完全遮光可以改進
4. 窗戶容易有外面的聲音吵進來
