Room main door is too tight to open

県外からの帰省で市内の結婚式で利用でした。フライトの関係でチェックインの融通を快く受けて下さってとても助かりました。お部屋も清潔感があり、ベッドも気持ちよく旅の疲れがとれました。連泊だったのですが、洗濯物の室内干し用のラックも完備されており、快適に過ごせました。レンタカーだったので、心配していた駐車場も、近くに安い駐車場もあったのでよかったです。

Wi-Fiの電波が弱かった

Things we liked was that there was plenty of space in the kitchen/living area - a rarity - and it was well laid-out. It was immaculately clean. It was quiet. It was only a 10 minute walk from Kagoshima Chuo station, Tenmonkan and the 'Culture and History Road', there were convenience stores very nearby, one of the rivers was also close. We let the management know that it is the best apartment we have stayed in during the past month and would thoroughly recommend it if the description I've given matches what you like. We'd certainly like to stay again if ever we come back to Kagoshima.

The only problem was obtaining the room access code. There were no keys but an access code instead. On this occasion there was a problem receiving the access code via email. It seemed it was being sent but we were unable to view it. The next day it was all visible so it might have been a problem anywhere in the system of communication. But it has been a feature of the unstaffed 'hotels' we have been staying in that the instructions sent often don't perfectly match what actually has to be done when entering the building and checking in.
