Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja obiektu oraz wygodny, dobrze wyposażony dom. Kuchnia jest świetnie zaopatrzona, a materace bardzo wygodne. W oknach zamontowano moskitiery, co zwiększa komfort pobytu. Dwie łazienki są dużym atutem przy większej grupie gości. W salonie znajdują się wygodne sofy, a tapicerki nie mają obcych zapachów (co, wbrew pozorom, może mieć duże znaczenie). Do dyspozycji jest również pralka i suszarka, prysznice oraz wanna. Dużym plusem jest także sporo miejsca do przechowywania ubrań i sprzętu, co nie jest oczywiste w wielu obiektach, w których bywałam. Właściciele są bardzo responsywni, odpowiadają na wiadomości w ciągu kilku godzin.
Na piętrze, w czasie upałów, jest bardzo gorąco i duszno, wiatraki oraz otwieranie okien nie do końca pomagają. Ogródek jest bardzo mały, ale zmieściłby się tam niewielki domek lub inne wyposażenie do zabawy dla małych dzieci, co mogłoby zwiększyć funkcjonalność obiektu.
