House boat gives a different and new experience. Ability to use the small boat (not needing a license) to explore on the water. Easy to get Ubr and tram / bus services into the city. Restaurant and bar in walking distance. Owner made alot pf effort with all information needed for one´s stay, even a mobile phone to place food orders. Swans and ducks came right up to the Terrasse which made it a special experience.
Even though the owner could not help it, birds made a nest above the Terrasse which made it unpleasant and messy to sit there. I am sure this will be fixed for future guests and will return nonetheless.

Es ist etwas schmuddelig: Küche ist schmutzig, Esstisch nicht sauber gemacht, Staubmatte hinter dem Nachtkästchen, offene Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank
