Super gute Lage zum Strand und zum hansapark und konnte das Auto stehen lassen und zu Fuß laufen ein paar Meter weiter zum Strand zu Fuß gehen perfekt.
War alles in Ordnung.

Sehr netter und sympathischer Vermieter. Tolle neue Küche und schöne Auswahl der Esszimmer-Stühle mit Tisch. Sauber. Nähe zum Wasser und zur schönen Strandpromenade mit sehr schöner Strand Lounge.
Der Meerblick aus der 1. Etage wird durch die vorgelagerten Hochhäuser (Betonschluchten) und der Beton-Plaza getrübt. Badezimmer zwar funktionell (teilweise elektrotechnisch improvisiert) und sehr nostalgisch. Bett mit Matratzen in sehr einfacher Ausführung. Tipp: Teppiche entfernen und schöne Strandbilder aufhängen.
