While the apartment itself was clean and in a good location, the overall experience was disappointing due to a clear lack of basic hospitality. We stayed for an entire week and were only provided with toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash) that barely lasted two days. When we reached out, the host said they “don’t provide additional” and mentioned they would check if anything could be done—but nothing ever was. No follow-up, no supplies. For the price and length of stay, this level of service is unacceptable. It felt like once we checked in, the host was completely uninterested in making sure we were actually comfortable. A little effort would have gone a long way, but instead we were left dealing with an avoidable and frustrating situation.
