The property is about 20 mins drive from CBD, still convenient. Instructions from owner to access the property and keys are easy to follow. Room is considered clean. Bed mattress is abit on the soft side. All rooms have airconditioners, and all function well for heat. Good size dinning table and dinnerware to for a group of 8 adults. Owner is good in responding to our questions. There is a full laundry faciliteis and also a large separate freezer fridge. Kitchen utensils are all clean.

One thing that could make the stay even better would be adding a dishwasher. Since the house can comfortably accommodate more than 8 adults, a dishwasher would make it much easier to manage dishes and allow guests to spend more time relaxing and enjoying their holiday. During our stay, we spent around 30–45 minutes (after dinner and breakfast meals) washing dishes, which took away from our time together. Given that there is also substantial cleaning fee charged, having a dishwasher would be a great addition and would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.

All bedroom has cooling

Kitchen is very warm , no cooling and the place was very warm until night. No one set up or cool the place until we go.

The house was perfect for our needs - 3 families with kids staying together. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms roomy. Kitchen and provided facilities were excellent. House was clean and tidy.

I did notice the toilet seats needed adjusting / tightening. And, if you stay with kids, and want them outside to let off steam, there isn't a yard for them to do that, but we made do!
