Tiene divididos los espacios y eso es muy cómodo. La ubicación en pleno Palermo, excelente. La anfitriona divina y súper atenta, incluso te deja equipado el dpto con yerba, condimentos, jabones, todo todo.

Excellent location, exceptionally well equipped kitchen, good bed, I really loved the place. I must add that Maria the owner is very attentive, friendly, helpful and flexible, she speaks excellent English, she allowed us to stay later on our departure day for free, she has arranged for a weekly cleaning service with a maid she trusted and for the time convenient for me. There is a very good restaurant Colden del soho 10 min away up Malabia.
Despite the fact that all windows are open in the yard, the place is rather noisy, with dogs barking, kids walking to school, repairs made in apartments, etc. I find it minor nuisance, but it might be a problem for others. There is no elevator, again no problem for me, but worth to mention.
