I like the location, the cleanliness and comfort.

Taking the key from another location and dropping it back is what I don't like. The key should be digital for comfort.

Good location.

As claimed- 2 bathrooms with a bath and a shower. This is misleading. This actually means one bathroom which has both bath tub and shower, and other is half bathroom (or say Powder room) with only toilet and no bath or shower. So, this apartment has essentially one and half bathrooms. Light in shower area of bathroom is not working. Hot water temperature cannot be controlled in shower area. Last two days of our stay, there was heatwave across London, and with just one fan in entire apartment made our stay uncomfortable, we could hardly sleep at night. Providing two or more fans in the apartment is absolutely necessary. Beds are uncomfortable. Second (small) bedroom Wooden bed frame has horizontal supports beneath the mattress at some distance, which does not provide solid support. Hence, the bed is sunken. Mattress is oversized compared to bed frame. Mattress is thinner than should be. Patio connected to Basement living area is not clean. Check-in instructions talk about a square key and a round key. In fact, there are two round keys and a long key. Opening lower key lock is tricky, it requires to be checked and fixed.

Place is really great, space, kitchen, easy check in, clean apartment. Good information support by email and WhatsApp from booking and until check in, good internet access, many bus stops, good food choice

Check out process (unpredictable key return case and slow call centre contact due to Sunday). Hot water in shower (can’t regulate from hot to warm)

Fully equipped.

Water heater, was a little difficult to adjust. Too cold or too hot. Was a little dusty here and there.
