Appartement propre et agréable Belle vue sur la mer et le canal
Absence de la télécommande de la climatisation. L'absence de contact humain à l’arrivée n’est pas très agréable.

La proximité de la supérette, des restaurants et bars. La plage au pied du bâtiment. La facilité pour récupérer et déposer les clés. La place de parking privée. Le logement coquet comporte un espace extérieur. Il ne correspond pas à l'image que renvoie le bâtiment et l'ensemble immobilier. La cuisine comporte tout l'equipement nécessaire. Petit bémol sur les photos la cafetière est une senseo alors que la présente est une tassimo donc nous n'avions pas les bonnes dosettes. Bâtiment sécurisé.
Le gros point noir, la literie. Un lit une place avec un matelas plus petit que le sommeil et très fin. Mon fils âgé de 18 ans et mesurant 1m92 a passé son séjour sur le canapé. Pour le lit double, 2 matelas individuels avec des ressorts bien existants et bien ressentis. Aussi petit souci avec le drap housse trop petit résultat il s'échappe rapidement. Deux des matelas n'avaient pas d'alèze. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne s'ouvre pas et il ne semble pas y avoir de VMC.
