There are a number of mini-apartments spread around a quiet secure courtyard behind the shopping street with a large roofed terrace above. There are also a number of dogs (at least three but sometimes apparently more) all of which were friendly and docile and a number (perhaps three?) of cats. The couple who run it are practical and helpful without getting in the way, there is lots of (communal) outdoor seating, tables, gym equipment, BBQs and patio heaters. Its stylish in a quirky and slightly battered way. The fridge, TV and shower were good, the four ringed cooker worked. Its location in town is very convenient (a few minutes from the Pullman bus station on the main shopping road).

The kitchen is very small making preparation and eating food a cramped experience. The bedroom also is very small with little space for bags etc. Everything is a bit rough around the edges although that is what makes it a bit cheaper and gives it some of its non-fussy charm. Toilet requires the occasional bit of basic travel-plumbing (open the top and flick the cap back down if it gets stuck)
