The place is in a very good location close to all the restaurants and bars. My room had a huge balcony with a sea view.

The "appartment" is basically a room with a tiny kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen isn't really equipped for cooking, I couldn't even find a spoon for my coffee (that might have been me though). But the reason I'm deducting two points is that the whole thing felt a bit worn down compared to the pictures. The price I had to pay was exactly one USD higher than it said in the app. This is the second time this has happened to me and I suspect that it's some issue with booking.com where the price displayed to the owner differs from the price displayed to the guest. I felt it wasn't worth the discussion but in retrospect I wish I had asked about this, simply out of interest.

The location was excellent — right in Negombo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The owner was extremely friendly, grateful, and very helpful throughout our stay. The shuttle service was perfect and really useful for us, making our travel much easier. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Nothing major to complain about. Everything met our expectations.

Location, Balcony and nice bed! In general a good place!

Needs general cleaning!, a lot of mosquitoes and no net, needs new kitchen equipment (old and actually dangerous to use). While our stay they did some repairs at the hosts house, sadly they didn’t tell us and it was really loud in the morning. They worked in front of our door and our shoes are now full of lace. The host called me at 11:30pm, that I should pick up the towels, she called two times.
