Facilité d'échange avec la personne gérant le logement. L'appartement correspondait au descriptif. Appartement bien disposé avec un espace agréable et une belle vue sur le canal. Présence d'un parking et quelques commerces à proximité

Certes la vue est magnifique.
Cependant il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce qu'une moitié du logement est construite à l'intérieur d'un garage. Donc avec vue dans le garage et donc vue sur l'obscurité. De plus nous avons payé 71€ de ménage. C'est hors de prix lorsqu'on y reste une seule nuit de 22h à 7h du matin. Si le logement avait été clinquant il n'y aurait pas eu de souci. Hors pour 71€ de frais de ménage nous aurions aimé avoir une éponge propre (et pas toute noire) et des ustensiles propres.
