The apartment is comfortable and well equipped; we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The building is located in Wynwood, a beautiful and very green neighborhood with convenient access to shops and restaurants. The property also offers a swimming pool and a gym, which we found very enjoyable. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the owners kindly checked in to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location was ideal- close to everything but with parking included. The unit was so clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the kitchen and washer/ dryer. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed watching the planes take off. Swimming pull really nice with plenty of sun beds and wee cabana type beds too. There were beach chairs available which we used to go to the beach one day- a nice extra!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return.

Great location, front desk available 24hr and host kept amazing communication. Secure dedicated parking was also a special touch and the pool was always quiet.

Localização muito boa, staff prestativo e early check in.
A limpeza deixou a desejar especificamente na geladeira e tapete da sala que estava visivelmente sujo (encardido), quartos sem cortina black-out ficando muito claro no nascer do sol, água na pia dos banheiros demora a descer, e muitos itens pessoais deixados na maioria dos armários do apartamento... Fora isso, tudo ok!
