Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber, wirkt jedoch insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Daher stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Für denselben Preis kann man auch neuere Wohnungen mieten, die näher am See oder im Zentrum von Lugano liegen.
Das Balkongeländer ist deutlich zu tief. Mein Kleinkind konnte problemlos hinaufklettern, weshalb wir den Balkon nicht sicher nutzen konnten und die Türe stets geschlossen halten mussten. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Geländer in dieser Ausführung heute auch nicht mehr den gesetzlichen Sicherheitsvorschriften entspricht.
