The location and it was good for a last minute decision. The owner was good too.

JUST AWARE OF SOME LITTLE NOISE FROM HOSTS ABOVE, EG SHOWER, WALKING AROUND, LITTLE ONE CRYING DURING NIGHT, BUT NOT WORRIES BECAUSE ACCOMMODATION WAS SO AMAZING AND AFFORDABLE FOR WAHT WAS OFFERED

Superb location quit and very tidy friendly host

Nothing everything was fine

Arun is a friendly and helpful host. We appreciated the lift to the train station with our luggage at the end of our stay.The location is very handy to the station for trips in and out of Wellington or to the Kapiti coast (being on the Kapiti line). A major plus for us was its proximity to family in Tawa. The unit is very clean and its pleasant to look out across the backyard to the Tawa hills. You can also go for a short forest walk a few streets away. The shower pressure and hot water are very good. The bed is comfortable.

The unit was smaller than we anticipated and quite tight for space with two of us and luggage. The storage closet was filled with a heater and a fan and quite musty so we didn't use it. Although the fridge is a good size and there is a portable cooktop and microwave, its a difficult to self cater due to lack of space. The small kitchen table is very low compared to the chairs (or standing height for food prep). The fitting over the shower drain needs some attention as it comes loose.
