1. Very clean
2. Location location, short walk across the street to the beach with private access so avoid crowded public beach. Property has outdoor shower to rinse off. Right next door to a convenience store, small shop & ice cream shop (rolled ice cream was great!)
3. Communication, I called Gibson properties twice and spoke to the same lady. She was kind and answered all of my questions.
Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like…
