Early assess the location.
If Place snacks bars, spoons for mix up the milk and sugar in the coffee cup, much more appreciated.

Location was perfect. Close to the venue were going to. Derek was great. Always communicative and helpful if we needed anything, Very nice guy and Lucy was great too,
There was nothing we didn't like, the only thing I would mention for our room it was small which was fine. It was great for what we needed and for the time we were there. It would have been more convenient if there was more counter/table space to put things on. A small thing. It was still great.

5min from Silverwood theme park but this hotel isn’t apart of the park. Nice and clean. The QR code outside the building to get ahold of people doesn’t work. Locals told us that they just remodeled but it’s not connected to the park in anyway.
Shower floor is slippery, my MIL fell just standing.
Didn’t have enough toilet paper had to buy some.
