Very clean, very nice, had everything we needed. Kitchen was perfect. Nice and spacious. Loved the ceiling fans helped keep the apartment really cold. All the plugs for usb and plug ins made it easy to charge all our electronics. Very close to the hospital in a great spot.

We are recently departed from this wonderful apartment. All of our expectations were surpassed and we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the comforts of home.
The living room has two wonderful recliners. There is another chair that offers heat and massage. A large TV sitting on top of a fireplace that does wonders to heat up the room. The kitchen is well stocked, a full-size fridge, a stove and a microwave round out the helpful appliances. This is a well supplied apartment.
We originally planned a four day stay but our schedule was condensed, and the Host so easily accommodated our reduced stay. Messaging was easy through the Booking website; the Host did provide a phone number allowing direct access.
The apartment is located on a dead end which means there was no street noise, and we do not remember hearing any sounds from outside. A Hy-Vee grocery store is very close; it was faster to walk there than to drive.
Do not look elsewhere—if this is available for your stay, then take it with my full encouragement and enjoy yourself in Rochester for whatever reason you came to the city.
