Gute Lage, Balkon, großes Badezimmer, Fahrradkeller
Parkplatzsituation zu teuer und zu weit von Unterkunft entfernt, viele Treppen zur Wohnung, Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach mit winzigem Dachfenster (daher nachts z.T. 32 Grad warm!), Wohnung (speziell Toilette) hätte sauberer sein können, der Sitzplatz auf dem Balkon war gerade noch zweckmäßig (unbequeme, kleine Klappstühle und winziger Tisch
