Breakfast was very good, not only the menu option for the day, but also personal preference requests were prepared. The personnel attending gave an outstanding service. The location is very convenient. Small but very good supermarket within 100 meters. Clean rooms, bed sheets, blankets, and towels of good quality and clean. The view to the lake from the room is nice.
No telephone or inter phone in the rooms. Communication using WhatsApp as given in the hotel information leaflet didn’t work. Having to go downstairs to ask for something needed. WiFi slow and unavailable at some times. The last night electricity was cut around 2:30 am, no power plant available. The interruption lasted for two hours at least; the adjacent hotel power plant running was very noisy and kept us awake during that time. Extra charge paid to move from 2nd to 5th floor.
