Luxury Villa - Large Private Pool - Cabo Roig Strip

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was beautiful, clean and very well kept, with plenty of fresh linen provided. The private pool was lovely and the children’s play area was such a bonus surprise — the children absolutely loved it and really felt at home. The owner was also very friendly and always prompt when replying to messages. We would happily stay again!

Missed having a microwave and not being able to close the glass patio door

The property is in an excellent location on a secure gated community five minutes walk from Cabo Roig strip. The host was very communicative and sent across a detailed welcome pack via Whatsapp a couple of days before our visit. Wifi is great and the TV in the living area has english channels. The beds were very comfortable, air con was excellent and the kitchen although small had everything needed for a self catering holiday. The dishwasher worked well, the fridge was very cold and there were plenty of utensils. The outside area has ample seating for all the family and the pool gets the sun all day. The area is very quiet and the home also has access to a communal pool. There are no sun loungers here but you can take your own towels. Bath and pool towels are provided. The property is a short walk away from Lidl, Mercadona and La Zenia Boulevard so a car is not essential. A shopping trolly is provided to transport food. We would definitely stay again.

A lot of the paint work in the property needs to be updated. All door frames, doors and hand rails show a lot of wear. The downstairs bathroom would benefit from a shower curtain or door as the fact that it becomes a wet room attracts mosquitoes and the floor becomes very slippy. There were no cosy blankets or duvets available for the beds and although we visited in September we would still have appreciated full bedding rather than just a thin sheet. We had issues with the pool whilst staying which the owner worked hard to rectify and the pool was attended to during our visit.

Had a fantastic few days at this beautiful house with swimming pool .House was spotless and pool cleaned twice while we were there would highly recommend this house.
