King on Sturt

A very comfortable home from home in an excellent location.

The location was great a short walk to China Town and the Adelaide Central Markets and central to jump in the car and get to where we needed without going through the city centre shopping area. The tram and free bus was also not far and the host had 2 umbrellas in the unit which came in handy since weather was unsettled. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The blinds in the front bedroom and lounge were very lightweight. Had already suggested to put darker blinds in.

Well appointed unit - everything you could need was provided. Extra nice touches included welcome message and choccies from a thoughtful host. Bed is comfortable. Unit was quiet and I felt quite safe.

Breakfast was not provided and the location of the unit is accessible to intercity trams.

The 2 bedrooms didn't have any airconditioning that made it very hot while trying to get to sleep & trying to stay asleep. Being woken up to the toilet being flushed while trying to sleep. Having to buy 2 new pillows in the main room to get a good night Sleep. Asked for the bed linen to be changed on Wednesday, which did not happen. Maybe have a second set of bed linen so the guests can change the sheets.
