Ruhige Lage und Nähe zum Hundestrand war angenehm. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leider aber nicht zweckmäßig, s.u.

Küchenausstattung: Töpfe und Pfanne leider ohne Deckel !, keine Topflappen, kein Sieb zum Abgießen von Kartoffeln oder Nudeln, dafür eine Spülmaschine, völlig unnötiger Weise für das bißchen Besteck und Geschirr. Unterkunft leider zu klein für ein kleines Sofa, Fernsehen geht nur vom Bett aus, das aber nur am Rande.
