Walkable distance about 15-20 min to Twin Tower, and 5-10 mins to monorel station
Customer service 3/10. Rude and attitude staff. We met at lobby and he bring us up to show the place and explain rules and regulation. Payment was made online and Rm200 given as deposit.
Tricky price shows in the apps. I thought when I booked, the price appear as what it is, which is Rm332something. but once booking confirmed, there are hidden charges such as Rm34 cleaning service a day (which cleaning only required when u ask for if not they wont come anyways) My stay was 3day 2 nights, they only come clean on my 2nd day as my 1st day alrdy came at 3pm. and last day check out at 9am. End up i paid nearly to Rm500 rather than the advertised price which is rm330**
Property doesnt look like as photos. The place is old and not well maintain. Toilet ceiling is moldy as fck. Bedsheet only 1 thin layer of cloth. There are so many things to complaint despite the apartment is indeed huge for 2 adults 1 infant
