Posizione panoramica con vista eccezionale sul Golfo di Arbatax, mini-appartamento pulitissimo e di nuova dotazione. Zona silenziosissima. Proprietaria gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere per whatsapp in caso di necessità. Aria condizionata silenziosa e ben funzionante. Ampio spazio living soggiorno-cucina con mini-salottino con vista favolosa sul Golfo suddetto. Camera organizzata benissimo, bagno con sanitari nuovi e diffusore per doccia piacevolissimo. Nessun problema per acqua calda.
La breve salita per accedere alla casa è un po' ripida e lo sbalzo tra il piano stradale e la salita stessa necessita un po' di attenzione se uno ha una macchina bassa. La televisione aveva problemi di antenna pertanto non funzionava.
