Amazing location, felt very safe. Lovely big apartment with comfy beds and was clean. Easy to get into apartment and leave keys after. Lovely hot showers!
The main bedroom didn’t look like the pictures, could have done with more towels and toilet paper for a weeks stay. Slightly expensive but seemed comparable to other properties in the area so this could just be a Cape Town issue

Location was decent - lounge, dining room and bedrooms very nice and comfortable.
While the apartment is generally well-renovated, the bathrooms and kitchen are functional but not updated to the same standard, resulting in a somewhat mismatched aesthetic.
My experience with Propr management left much to be desired. Firstly, after booking through Booking.com, I was redirected to other platforms, which unnecessarily complicated the process for me as a traveler. Secondly, I emailed Propr ahead of time to request a cot for our 1.5-year-old toddler. They confirmed both the cost and availability of the cot, assuring me it was arranged.
However, on the day of check-in, I called to confirm the cot and was told it hadn’t been arranged because I hadn’t paid for it. This came as a surprise, as I was never sent a payment link for the cot, and I hadn’t noticed at the time of the final payment that the cot fee wasn’t included—part of the frustration of being directed away from the Booking.com platform. I then spent about 45 minutes on the phone being passed between multiple people before the cot was finally sorted. The lowest point was when an unhelpful staff member told me that "cots are subject to availability"—a dismissive and tone-deaf response, especially for a parent relying on this essential item for their trip.
Eventually, the cot was provided, but the entire process was unnecessarily stressful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend dealing with Propr management. Their lack of organization and customer care overshadowed an otherwise decent stay.
